• Like stakeholder management towards Tribes, Guilds and Chapters with a strong business focus
• Analyze and create the business models of tomorrow, which as we believe, are based on new and existing digital eco-systems
• Give advice and consultancy

Working environment

You will be working in one of our platform teams. Our mission is to be a capability and BPM&BRM Platform team that innovates and enables scrum teams to create value for our customers. We use and develop state of the art technology and various cloud solutions. The teams works conform scrum principles, and are on the path of working conform DevOps principles. We embrace change and initiate opportunities to introduce new capabilities, easy to use PaaS solutions, and pipelines.

Your profile

You are an experienced BPM (and BRM) professional, obviously. You have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering. Next to that you:

• have a proven track record of acting as subject-matter expert for BPM projects
• understand SOA based development because you have gathered experience in designing and implementing this
• are a team player
• have experience working in an agile environment
• you are experienced hands-on engineer or analyst in:
• Tibco AMX-BPM or similar BPM packages like Pegasystems, Apian, etc.
• BPM, Case Management and Rule based designs
• BPMN (CMMN, DMN)
• You have knowledge of:
  • Dynamic Case Management
  • Data analytics
  • Javascript (ReactJS, AngularJS), HTML5, CSS3
  • CICD Tooling
  • JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins and Splunk
  • Public Cloud implementations on AWS / Azure
